The ECCV 2014 event includes the ECCV2014 Main Conference, from September 8 to September 11, Workshops and Tutorials: September 6/7 (Saturday and Sunday) and September 12. Since the Photogrammetric Computer Vision conference (PCV 2014) is co-located with ECCV 2014 (September 5 to 7), attendees are encouraged to attend both conferences at interesting rates.
ECCV Onsite Registration Open Friday
The online registration has been closed, but the onsite registration (credit cards accepted) is open on Friday. Onsite registration options are in the next days:

- Sunday, September 7, 7:30-18:30, ETH main building
- Monday-Thursday 8-11, 7:30-18:30, Kongresshaus Zurich

Conference papers: each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author’s registration no later than the conference paper camera-ready deadline. Registration of the paper can be made at Student rate if the author is a Student. There are no fees for extra pages (See the author submission guidelines for paper size limit). When registering a paper please use the paper ID provided by CMT, e.g. 3456.
Workshop papers: each accepted paper must be covered by at least one author’s registration no later than the conference paper camera-ready deadline. Registration of the paper can be made at Student rate if the author is a Student. When registering a paper please use the paper ID provided by CMT, prefixed with “Wnb-” where “nb” is the workshop ID, e.g. W02-3456.
Papers with no registration will be excluded from the ECCV 2014 proceedings.

ECCV 2014 Registration (both REGULAR and STUDENT rates) PASS includes:

- Access to all demos and industrial sessions
- All social events including the welcome reception (Sept 8th) and the conference dinner (Sept 10th). All daily refreshment and coffee breaks,
- One USB copy of the proceedings.
3-Days ECCV Workshops PASS includes:
- Access to all workshops,
- Access to all tutorials,
- Daily refreshment and coffee breaks, during workshops and tutorials.

How to register?
In order to register, please proceed to the registration website: https://www.conference.ethz.ch/eccv2014/
You will need to create an account and then complete the Conference Registration page.
IMPORTANT: If you need an invitation/VISA letter (which can e.g. be used for VISA applications), please complete the appropriate information on the registration website under “Information needed for a visa“.
IMPORTANT: Please, make sure to also complete the Conference Registration. After verification, your invitation letter will then be sent to you within a few working days. Although finalising your payment is not strictly required to obtain your invitation letter, it is highly recommended in order to expedite the process.
All refund requests must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All cancellations will be subject to a 200 CHF cancellation fee before July 31st, 2014. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their registration fees between August 1st, 2014 and August 15th, 2014. NO REFUNDS will be made after August 15th, 2014. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where can I get my receipt?
A: Login to the registration website, then “My Registrations” -> “Receipt”.
Q: The status indicates “pa.Int. CC open”, what does that mean?
A: Your payment did not work. Please contact your credit card companies. It might happen that your payment is on hold by the credit card company (usually for fraud purposes) and will probably be accepted shortly. If something went wrong went you contacted your credit card provider, you will need to try again or use a different card.
Q: Do I need visa?
A: Please look it up at the EDA website: visa information
Q: I have completed the visa letter form. When will I get my visa/invitation letter?
A: Once it is checked and accepted, the letter will be signed by the General Chair in charge, faxed to the Swiss Consular representation in your consular district and a scanned copy will be emailed to you. This process can take a few working days, we thank you in advance for your patience.
Q: Sorry I do not need a visa letter, I only need invitation letter (not for visa).
A: There is only one letter for invitations and visa. To get any of these letters, please complete the form at the registration site. The conference organizers do not deliver individual letters.
Q: I don’t have all the information for VISA yet.
A: Only ask for a VISA letter when you have all the necessary information (Otherwise please say “No” to “I need a VISA”). You can change your personnal information at any time later by connecting to the registration website. Visa letters will only be processed with the complete information. This letter was designed in accordance with the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Q: I need to register, but do not have all the information required for VISA yet.
A: Please register normally by saying you do not need a VISA (Say “No” to “I need a VISA”). You can change this field to “Yes” later by connecting to the registration website once you have all the necessary information. Visa letters will only be processed with the complete information. This letter was designed in accordance with the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
